About Me
I was born in January of 1996 in a small town in New South Wales, Australia. I grew up with a relatively easy childhood. I'm the second eldest of three children on my dad's side - I have an older half brother from my dad's previous marriage and a younger blood sister - on my mother's side I'm the fifth eldest of six children, both of my parents came from big families themselves.
I wrote my first short story at ten years old and completely fell in love with writing and knew instantly that I wanted to be an author when I was older. My love for reading came earlier, my mother used to read to me when I was child and from there my love for reading developed into a passion and when I started school, I spent all my time in the library (when I wasn't in class of course).
When I hit high school, I did the same thing. I was fortunate to find a friend who loved reading as much as I did and to this very day, we're the best of friends.
As I grew older, graduated from high school, but my dream to pursue a career in writing was always there, at the back of my mind, prodding it's way towards the front of my mind. And finally, in 2017, I gave in and began work on my first full length novel My Brother's Best Friend, I wrote it offline for two straight years but ran into some serious writer's block and put it aside for a long time. This year, I reopened the Microsoft Word document to finish it.
Last year, I became an Aunt to beautiful niece and this year, I became an Aunt for the second time to a handsome little nephew. I love my niece and nephew and can't wait until I get to babysit the pair of them!
